### Overview

The **Site Performance Report — Detailed Report** is the highest operational reporting view within the Performance Report structure.

It provides a consolidated and hierarchical operational overview across:

* Sites
* Departments
* Work Areas
* Operations

The Detailed Report allows management and compliance teams to monitor operational performance at a broader organisational level while still maintaining drill-down visibility into individual operational areas.

This report is designed to provide:

* high-level operational visibility,
* site comparison capabilities,
* compliance monitoring,
* operational performance analysis,
* and hierarchical operational reporting across locations.

Unlike the Trend Report, which focuses on historical performance analytics and graphical reporting, the Detailed Report focuses on current operational structure and performance visibility.

### How to Select Reporting Period

Users can change the displayed reporting period:

1. Click the month selector
2. Select the required month
3. Select the required year
4. Click **GO**

The report reloads using the selected reporting period.

### Site & Department Expansion

The Site PR supports expandable hierarchy navigation.

Users can:

* Expand a site to display departments
* Expand departments to display work areas
* Review operational scoring at each level

This allows users to progressively drill down into operational performance data.

The hierarchical structure allows users to move from:

* site-level visibility,
* to department-level visibility,
* down to work area operational visibility.

### avg(Score)

The **avg(Score)** column displays the average operational performance score for each site or department.

The score provides a quick summary of operational compliance and performance.

Higher scores generally indicate stronger operational performance and compliance completion.

The score indicators are visually represented using progress bars for quick comparison between operational areas.

This allows users to quickly identify:

* high-performing operational areas,
* underperforming sites or departments,
* and operational areas requiring attention.

### How to Schedule Email Reports

The Site PR includes an automated email scheduling feature that allows reports to be distributed to selected users on a recurring schedule. Below are the steps:

1. Open the required Performance Report
2. Navigate to the required reporting period
3. Click the **Email Icon**<br>

4. Select the required frequency (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)<br>

### Exporting the Site PR

Users can export the Site PR for reporting, auditing, or management review purposes.

Available export formats may include:

* PDF
* Excel

Exported reports can be used for:

* management presentations,
* and audit preparation.

**The report will only be in Excel format.**

#### Steps

1. Open the required Performance Report
2. Navigate to the required reporting period
3. Click the **More Options** menu (⋮)<br>
