The Site Performance Report — Trends Report provides a graphical view of operational performance trends over time.
Unlike the Detailed Report, which focuses on hierarchical operational visibility and drill-down reporting, the Trends Report focuses on historical performance analysis and score progression across reporting periods.
The report uses visual charting to help users monitor operational performance trends, identify recurring patterns, and evaluate long-term compliance performance across sites.

Each bar represents the operational performance score for a specific reporting month. The vertical score axis represents the operational performance score range.

The top section of the Trends Report includes navigation and chart control options.

Unlike the Detailed Report, the Trends Report does not include:

Selecting the Reporting Year
Users can change the displayed reporting year:
Click the year selector
Select the required year
Use the navigation arrows if required
The report reloads using the selected reporting year
