# Sensor Data

Device Subscription Pricing – Temperature Sensor Data & Connectivity

#### Subscription Pricing Table

| Number of Devices | Annual Fee (AUS) |
| ----------------- | ---------------- |
| Up to 20 devices  | $1,200           |
| Up to 50 devices  | $2,400           |
| Up to 100 devices | $3,600           |

> **Note:** Billing can be issued annually or monthly depending on your organisation’s preferences. All pricing excludes GST and VAT where applicable.

For over 100 devices, respective tiers are combined to arrive at the most accurate point. For example if you have 120 sensors, one basic and one enterprise would be the pricing.

#### What’s Included in Your Device Subscription

Each **temperature sensor** (also referred to as a “device”) incurs a subscription to maintain full functionality and compliance within the MFC/Didge platform. The subscription covers:

* **Access to all Didge sensor dashboards**
* **SIM Card Connectivity** (LoRaWAN)
* **Secure Data Transmission** to the cloud
* **Historical Data Storage** & backup across rolling 24-month window
* **Device Health Monitoring**
* **Platform Access & Dashboard Licensing**
* **Real-Time Alerts to WhatsApp and Email, & Logging**

***

#### How It Works

1. Each installed temperature sensor is registered to your organisation’s cloud account.
2. Devices are grouped under the appropriate subscription tier.
3. As your fleet grows, you can upgrade your tier without hardware changes.
4. Subscription management and billing handled through the MFC or Didge admin portal.

#### Frequently Asked Questions

**Q: What happens if I exceed my tier?**\
A: You can upgrade your plan at any time. Additional devices above your tier will not be supported until subscribed.

**Q: Does the fee cover support and warranty?**\
A: Basic technical support and platform access are included. Device warranty is managed separately as per sales agreement.

**Q: Is a gateway subscription required separately?**\
A: No. Gateways are included under the device network and do not incur additional licensing fees.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.didge.io/home/pricing/subscription-pricing/sensor-data.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
