What’s Included in Your Device Subscription
Each temperature sensor (also referred to as a “device”) incurs a subscription to maintain full functionality and compliance within the MFC/Didge platform. The subscription covers:
Access to all Didge sensor dashboards
SIM Card Connectivity (LoRaWAN)
Secure Data Transmission to the cloud
Historical Data Storage & backup across rolling 24-month window
Device Health Monitoring
Platform Access & Dashboard Licensing

How It Works
Each installed temperature sensor is registered to your organisation’s cloud account.
Devices are grouped under the appropriate subscription tier.
As your fleet grows, you can upgrade your tier without hardware changes.
Subscription management and billing handled through the MFC or Didge admin portal.
